SHIPPING & RETURNS
Processing time
All orders are typically processed within 5 business days. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow additional time for custom or made to order pieces.
Returns and exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not happy with your artwork, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.
Original artwork:
Returns on original artwork are only accepted if the item is damaged during shipping. If this happens, please contact us within 30 days, and we will arrange a return or exchange.
Prints:
We accept returns on prints if they are in perfect, unused condition. If there is an issue with your print (e.g. damage on delivery) please notify us immediately for assistance.
Non returnable items:
Custom or made to order pieces cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
Return process
To initiate a return, please contact us at rwarwick11@icloud.com. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
Refunds
Once your order is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
